Use: The machine is suitable for filling and cap-turning of various soft-packing bags(with srraw)of milk,yogurt,jelly,jam,seasoning and detergent.

Feature:

1. Equipment work process: Artificial hang bags→automatic positioning & filling→automatic cap-falling→automatic cap-turning→automatic bag-withdrawing,all the process is automatic control.
2. The machine adopt human-machine touch interface and PLC controlling system can operate easily and intuitively.
3. Automatic filling, accurate quota, no spillage, no leakage. According to customer’s need,we can customize different filling quantity.
4. Automatic cap-falling device is highly effective and stable. Automatic cap-turning device is with automatic slipping function, it can turn the cap to proper tightness.
5. The main body and all parts having contacted with food are made of stainless steel, ensuring the heathy food and cleanness of the machine.
6. We configured the dust cover for dirt-proof in the production process,ensuring cleanliness.
7. Pneumatic components is Airtac from Taiwan,electrical components is Chaoneng electronics from Shanghai.(Imported or chinese homemade pneumatic components are selectable as required by the client.)
8. According to customer’s need, we may increase or reduce partial functions.
